परतावा धोरण (Return & Refund Policy)

Pesticides, seeds and fertilizers are sensitive products, so for everyone's safety we can only take back products that are unopened and in their original sealed pack.

We accept a return or replacement when

• the product reached you damaged or leaking;
• you received a different product or pack size than you ordered;
• the product is past its expiry date on delivery.

Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the pack and the label, by phone, WhatsApp or the contact page.

We cannot take back

• opened or used products, or products with a broken seal;
• products that were stored wrongly after delivery.

Refunds

After we approve the return, the money is refunded to the original payment method (online payments) within 7–10 working days. Cancelled orders that have not been dispatched are refunded in full.
